Payment

2. Money Orders (in concealed envelope)

Shipping

1. Items will ship once payment is cleared/received.
2. Items will be shipped double-boxed.
3. Shipping will be via USPS Priority (3-4 days)-$15.00
   Or via USPS Express (1-2 days)-$25.00
4. Items shipped will include signature conformation.
5. Insurance will be an optional $5.00 charge.

1. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us (karatekickz23@comcast.net) regarding returns (we have the right to refuse in any situation).
2. Returned items must be:
   
   • Brand new in un-worn condition
   • Returned within 23 days of purchase
   • Include all accessories associated with product (i.e. box, shoe laces, paper inserts, etc.)
3. Customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee for returns and also responsible for shipping the item back.
4. Orders can only be canceled if the item hasn't been shipped or else a cancelation fee of $10.00 will be charged.
5. Exchanges can only be made for the same shoe, but a different size. An exchange fee of $10.00 will also be charged for exchanges.
6. Items that are not delivered and returned to us, will result in an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item back to the customer.
7. Awarded refunds will be issued through the same type of payment used to make the initial purchase.
8. There are NO warranties for our products (defective products are not our responsibility).
9. Cost of insurance and shipping shoes back to us is the responsibility of the customer (not ours)
